Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Deploy Dash Technologies collects, uses, stores, shares, retains, and deletes personal information when you use Deploy Dash and related services, including our CRM platform and Google integrations.
Last updated: May 15, 2026
Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Account and contact information such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, billing details, and support requests.
- CRM and service data you create or upload in the platform, such as client records, quotations, activities, invoices, and communication history.
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, access logs, and usage patterns for security, diagnostics, and service improvement.
- Google user data that you choose to connect to Deploy Dash, which may include OAuth tokens, granted scopes, token expiry and refresh metadata, Gmail integration access needed to send emails from your connected Gmail account, and Google Meet data needed to create and manage meeting links or spaces.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Deploy Dash platform.
- Process subscriptions, orders, and payments.
- Provide customer support, onboarding, and account-related communications.
- Enable Gmail and Google Meet features that you request, including sending emails through your connected Gmail account, checking integration status, refreshing Google access tokens, and creating Google Meet spaces or meeting links from Deploy Dash.
- Protect our platform, investigate abuse or fraud, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations.
- Send updates, offers, and other promotional materials where permitted and, when required, with your consent.
Google API Data Use
If you authorize Deploy Dash to access Google services, we use Google user data only to provide and improve user-facing features that you have requested. We do not sell Google user data, we do not use it for advertising purposes, and we do not use Google Workspace API data to train generalized AI or machine learning models.
Gmail permissions are used for email-related workflows within Deploy Dash, and Google Meet permissions are used to create meeting links or spaces. The data obtained through these Google integrations is limited to the scopes you authorize.
Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information or Google user data. We may share information only:
- With trusted service providers and infrastructure partners that help us operate Deploy Dash under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
- With Google, only as needed to perform the Google integration features you have enabled.
- To comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, safety, and security of Deploy Dash, our users, or others.
Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. This includes access controls, secure storage for integration credentials, and protections for data transmitted over the internet. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
We retain personal information, including Google user data, only for as long as it is needed to provide our services, maintain your account, support requested integrations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and meet legal, accounting, or security obligations.
- Google OAuth tokens and related integration metadata are generally retained while your Deploy Dash account remains active or while the relevant Google integration remains connected.
- CRM records, invoices, activity history, and meeting records are retained for operational continuity unless you request deletion or a longer retention period is required by law.
- Emails sent through your Gmail account and Google Meet spaces created through your Google account may also remain in your Google account until you delete them there, subject to Google's own retention practices.
Data Deletion and Revoking Google Access
You may request deletion of your personal information or connected Google user data by emailing us at root@deploydash.net from your registered account email address. We will review and process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period, subject to any legal or contractual retention requirements.
- If you want us to remove stored Google OAuth tokens or related integration metadata from Deploy Dash, contact us and ask for deletion of your connected Google integration data.
- You can also revoke Deploy Dash access directly from your Google account permissions page at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- After deletion or revocation, some records may be retained in backup, security, audit, or financial systems only for the limited period required to satisfy lawful business obligations.
Your Rights
You may have the right to:
- Access and review your personal data.
- Request corrections or updates to your information.
- Withdraw consent for marketing communications.
- Request deletion of personal data or connected Google user data, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
