Subscription & Billing
DeployDash may operate on subscription, implementation, or custom service billing depending on the selected plan and engagement. By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing based on your selected plan and billing cycle.
- Payments may be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
- Pricing and features may change with prior notice where applicable.
- Custom implementation or development milestones may follow separate payment terms.
Cancellation Policy
You can request cancellation through your account process or by contacting support. Cancellations generally take effect at the end of the active billing period unless otherwise agreed.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be considered where technical issues prevent service usage and remain unresolved by our support team, or where required by written agreement. Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days and may take up to 10 business days to reflect in the original payment method.
Free Trials & Downgrades
Free trials will not be charged unless upgraded to a paid plan. Plan downgrades normally take effect in the next billing cycle.
Account Termination
Accounts violating terms, payment obligations, lawful use requirements, or platform security policies may be suspended or terminated. Deleted accounts or data may not be recoverable.
