Platform Ownership

The domain name DeployDash.Net, including related mobile sites and applications, is owned and operated by DeployDash. References to “we”, “us”, “our”, or “Platform Owner” refer to DeployDash and its operating team.

Terms of Use

Your use of the platform and services is governed by these terms and any policies incorporated by reference. By using the platform, you agree to these binding terms and policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration or inquiry submission.
• Use the platform only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with these terms.
• Pay applicable charges for subscribed services, custom development, or implementation work.
• Respect all proprietary content, software, designs, workflows, documentation, and platform assets.
• Maintain confidentiality of account access and promptly notify us of unauthorized use.

Service Changes

DeployDash may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform or services where required for product, technical, commercial, or legal reasons. We aim to communicate material changes where practical.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the platform owner be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from use or inability to use the services. Liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant services or ₹100, whichever is less.

Force Majeure

Performance may be delayed or prevented due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, outages, governmental actions, war, strikes, or technical failures outside our control.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh.
