Refund handling for DeployDash subscriptions, CRM services, automation work, and approved service adjustments.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed by DeployDash within 3 business days. The amount will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank processing timeline.
Eligibility
Refund eligibility may depend on the service type, subscription status, implementation work completed, support history, and the terms agreed at the time of purchase or engagement.
Custom Work
Custom SaaS development, integrations, implementation, configuration, training, and consulting work may be non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
